27th AVE kitchen renovation

Cara met the homeowners of this home at an open house for one of their previous renovation projects. That specific house wasn’t the right fit for these buyers, but they soon became Cara’s clients and she set out helping them find their perfect home. As busy professionals, they wanted an updated, turn-key home in the city. The problem was finding one in a highly competitive real estate market. Eventually, they decided to pivot and bought a home in need of updating in a fabulous location to remodel. They insisted on using Stefano and Cara as their contractors and with that, Sette Colli Home Remodeling was born!  This kitchen remodel involved taking down two partial walls to open up the kitchen, dining room and living room.  A new kitchen was installed, floors were refinished, lighting was updated and the rooms were painted a warm white, transforming the main floor into a sophisticated, welcoming living space.
