OUR STORY

It all began in Rome, Italy. Owners Cara Quinn and Stefano Follega met in Rome, Stefano’s home and birthplace, in the early 1990s. What began as a vacation for Cara turned into a new home and life. She and Stefano were married in Rome in 1996, began a family and lived there until 2001, when they relocated to Minneapolis to begin new jobs and raise their children.

Busy with family and careers, they still found time for their passion – buying, remodeling and re-selling homes. In 2021, Cara and Stefano started Sette Colli Home Remodeling in response to the enthusiastic response to the homes they had renovated and resold. Soon thereafter, the company expanded to include Sette Colli Real Estate and Sette Colli Properties.

CARA QUINN

Cara’s path to home remodeling and real estate began in Rome, Italy, where she lived and worked for nearly a decade and where she and Stefano met, married and started their family. Living in one of the world’s most beautiful and ancient cities left her with a deep appreciation of design, style and craftsmanship.

Stefano and Cara renovated their house in Rome themselves, and then did it all over again after moving to Minneapolis. Since then, they’ve had fun rehabbing and re-selling the occasional investment property. In 2019, Cara decided to pursue her passion for real estate full time and obtained her realtor’s license. She loves helping clients find the perfect house in a neighborhood they love, or prepare a home for sale so that it stands out from the competition and brings in top dollar. She’s also the one behind the client communication and offers design consultation for Sette Colli Home Remodeling.
