This Minneapolis basement used to be what so many are: dark, damp, and avoided — complete with aging asbestos-wrapped pipes and zero reason to go downstairs.

We changed all of that: a dedicated entertainment room with a bar and beverage fridge, a family game area and cozy office nook, a brand-new 3/4 bath, a refreshed laundry room, and even a functional workshop and a proper storage closet — all wrapped in warm luxury vinyl floors and a bold navy and white palette that feels anything but basement.
