Falcon Heights Bathroom renovation

This lower level bathroom remodel was the second of a three-phase project to update the kitchens and bathrooms of this 1940s home. Following a total kitchen remodel, the homeowners asked us to turn a stand-alone toilet and corner shower in their basement into a proper bathroom. The work was scheduled to be finished before the kids returned home from college, adding a much needed functional second bathroom for the summer months. Phase three, a main floor bathroom update and a second floor bathroom addition, will start in the fall, once the kids have returned to college. When completed, the home will have a new kitchen and three new bathooms.
